Return Policy

As a small business with limited inventory, we will not be able to issue refunds on items returned. 

Items may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of the date the items were received. Store credit will last one year from the return date. 

Final Sale

The following items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges. 

  • Candles

  • Fragrance

  • Underwear

  • Face masks

  • Sale items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Items used in photo shoots or for other promotional purposes cannot be exchanged. 

To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

In the event that an item is defective, we will replace it. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

GIFTS

Gifts can be exchanged within 14 days for store credit. 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit for items purchased, the shipping charges will be deducted from your credit.

If you are returning an item valued at over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
